    This is the BEST website! Thank you so much for keeping up with all of this! It’s so lovely to just check 1 place & see all the options since each GWP is a little different. I wish they all had diff colors & kinds of eyeliner, lipstick, mascara, etc, so we could try new things w/out buying them. I wonder why none of the makeup companies do that??     The current promotion has a gift set if you spend $65 plus if you spend $85 you get a Moisture Surge set but it is not adding that to my cart and I am spending over $100

    Hi, I am a long time Cliniique customer. I have several things to purchase, however I Missed the Bonus Date at my nearest Nordstrom Store. Is it any possible way that I can still take advantage of that offered gift. I am totally out of Moisterizer , and I am trying to wait for Bonus Time at Macy’s, but don’t think I have enough to last, and I don’t want to make a purchase without one of those Great Bonuses that is offered by you.     I was sent a gift that looks NOTHING like the promotion on your website or the NM website. I called to let them know and they said they’d send another and correct it.
    Well the second one came today and its still not it. Its a brown/pink/green/blue geometric bag with different items. I’m having little luck with NM so didn’t know if I was alone or if you’ve had other site users in a similar situation.

    I used the compacr even better 7 cream chamois (VF-G) .35oz and been needing to get more soon but waiting to find a bonus time free with this purchase with the sample of the HAPPY perfume! Is there anyway to order it online and get this in a free bonus gift set? I’ve been a long time customer & need the mascara too. I dont use eyeliner or eye shadow but do like the makeup remover & never tried a mask. Like pink only lipsticks &;hope you could help me with this? I am on disability and cant afford to buy mysrlf perfumes so is my only way to get some. Thank you, Tracey Martin

    Wow don’t even try online for the 75.00 bonus’s product m Because as per usual, the first day of sale bright and early and the 75.00 choice is only a tote .
    It’s the Last time I purchase to receive a loyal customer perk at this level to again be disappointed !!!
    What is there only 100 moisture sure product bonuses and unlimited totes ??? Well It sure seems like that because no matter how early I try , I have never been able to receive a product bonus and only end up with a tote.

      I’ve just tested all 3 codes (CLINIQ7SF, CLINIQ8SF, CLINIQ9SF) at Saks.com and they are working for me while having some Clinique iD items in my bag.

    Very disappointed that Lord & Taylor did not send my GWP when I recently ordered from them. I’m going to return the 2 items and find another brand of make up although I’ve been using Clinique for at least 35 years or so. Will also find another store to shop at. Sorry to leave Clinique brand…

    I recently ordered the Clinique Bonus from Lord and Taylor. Spending 75.00 I was to receive many complimentary items. I received a Clinique canvas bag with absolutely no cosmetics. I have contacted them with no reply.I am extremely disappointed in Clinique for allowing this slipshod promotion. I have been a faithful user of your product and have been wrongfully denied the items promised by your distributer.

    I has been purchasing several Clinique products for many years. I love all of your skin care products and use them daily. I started using the liquid eyeliner in Black a few years ago. I also love this product however I have found with the last three eyeliners the applicator becomes frayed and unusable. I brought one into a Macy’s store and the lady said she could do nothing for me. I am now going on the 4th eyeliner that has frayed. This is very frustrating to me since I really do love this product. Is there anything you can do for me?

    I purchased $38 of Clinque products from Belk, during the stated promotion and they failed to send me the bonus items and DID NOT inform me at the time of purchase (8/14) that they were out of the promotional items. I would not have ordered from them had I known this. I will now have to return the items taking more time and expense. I have been a loyal Clinque user and feel very dissatisfied with both Belk and Clinque for not advertising and promoting products with integrity. I see “supplies limited” – that’s fine – and then let the customer know the bonus is no longer available. I’ll be looking for other products. You are losing a customer.

    Huge complaint about Lord & Taylor! They confirmed the Clinique bonus, and then cancelled the Clinique Free gift, ignored my request to cancel my order, and shipped my order- without the free gift!
    Now I have to deal with the hassle of returning a product I don’t want, that was sold under false pretenses. And they continue to advertise the 7 pice free gift on their website!- I will never shop in Lord&Taylor again.

    This month I ordered over $85.00 of Clinique makeup. When ordering I made sure with customer service that I would get my free 7 piece gift plus the discount and as the ad said “as long as they last” I was specific regarding the gift issue. I NEVER order Clinique makeup which I have been using for 50 years unless I get their bag of free gifts. My ordered arrived in three different containers and there was NO free gift.

    It took forever to get the order placed (over the phone) and forever to call after receiving my order to call and find out why I have NO free gift only to be told they are out of them and would not send me a free gift.

    I have ordered from Dillards, Herberger’s, Nordstromes, Belks, Etc. in the past and I have NEVER failed to get my free gift so I will never order from Lord & Tayler ever again. This is the first review that I have ever placed regarding any company but customers…beware when ordering Clinique makeup when expecting to get a free gift.

      We travel to TN every August. I drive 20miles to Hendersonville to get the Clinique bonus at Belks every year. This store has been wonderful in mailing the bonus to me in PA for the presage. Love bonus time

    Hi girls
    I need some help.
    I just received my order form BonTon and unfortunately the free gift is missing but I did receive the step up gift.

    I know that it says “while supplies last” but for a promotion that runs from Aug 9th to Aug 29th, they can’t have possibly run out of gift on aug 10th at 12 AM!!!

    Note that the promotion is still being advertised and they even put put one of the printed ad inside my box!

    To make matter worse when I called you customer service to request they ship the free gift, the person I talked to told me that was not possible since the order is taken care by Clinique directly. I immediately verified this is not true. Then she told me she could not do it because since the gift is automatically added to the order it does not have an item #. Again I don’t think this is true since the step up gift does have an item #.
    If you please know the item # of the gift (I chose neutral for the Beyond Perfecting Foundation), can you share it with me? So I can call them again and have it shipped.

    Btw did this happen to anybody else?

    Just ordered my bonus from Stage stores and was pleasantly surprised to see they have free shipping THAT ENDS TODAY (7-23-16) on orders over $25, which is perfect since you have to spend $27 to qualify for the bonus. Also, if you enter the code BEAUTY at checkout you will get 20%off your order. Add your rebates refund to that and it just keeps getting better!

        You also might contact individual Nordstrom locations? Sometimes they have leftovers and are usually happy to sell the extras–plus if you get lucky–The Sales Person will add other goodies as well? Good luck!!

      I work for Clinique in Boscov’s. The eyeshadows were in store only and we had extremely limited supply. In my store they didn’t even last a whole week.

    I went to Carson’s and got my bonus today… It was pouring here in Chicago so I was the only one crazy enough to go out in it! No waiting for me! I bought my 2 small bottles of DMDL – my all time favorite – and got the bold pop selection. I love the eye shadow colors and lipstick color!     I ordered over $40 of Clinique eyeshadow from Lord and Taylor during their bonus offer. Online email said 3 samples from other companies plus 8 piece gift – Filled in preferences. Got order – no Clinique gift or even substitute samples, and only 2 of the samples they had offered in addition. When selecting the sample package, no mention made on the order that it had been out – I’m returning the order, never to deal with Clinique at Lord and Taylor again. That’s lousy customer care – and VERY misleading!

    Here it shows the promotions as $27 gift bag plus if spending $60, you get free full size make up remover at Bon-ton. However whenI went to place order it said nothing about the make up remover and the cosmetic bag said out of stock.     What is the lipstick color in the Bonus gift for Saks 2014??? I can’t find the name listed anywhere in a description.     The photo of the Von Maur GWP above is not the same gift that is on the Von Maur website. It is a 5-piece gift for $27. Different bag, items, etc.

    WOW, I was searching around and found THE best gift set. You only had to buy $27 for a $70 gift set. I haven’t ever heard of BON TON being from the midwest. I guess they have stores from Northern coast to coast. Then, I went to retail me not and got free shipping on my $29 order. Boom! Love it! Thanks for the great info!

    I just took advantage of the bon ton Clinique gwp deal thanks to this website saved money on shipping with the free shipping code also kinda awesome I wasn’t charged any sales tax so my total was just the amount my foundation costs 33 bucks! awesome deal thanks so much for this website………. also just went to macys today asked the girl at Clinique counter when is the next gwp deal she said the end of march FYI anyone that wants to know

    Lord & Taylor sales people keep saying the Clinique GWP is sold out online earlier this week, but I have placed an order and it let me include the GWP and just got a confirmation it was shipped (items and the GWP), but sales people still are telling me its sold out . Its showing as available on their site and even lets you add it. Is that really sold out or sales people are not giving the correct information?

      There is no pre-ordering at Bloomingdales right now, as far as I know. The bonus is already available on their website.

    In the Colum that says how much you have to spend in the Colum next to that where it says how many products you get in the bonus bag it says 65 what does that mean?!?!

      on the homepage there are columns; first indicates how much you have to spend and the second ($65 in this case) is the gift value.
